It builds a business profile — what you offer, what topics are relevant, and what's irrelevant for your industry. Every form submission is then evaluated against this profile. A catering inquiry is a lead for a restaurant but noise for a law firm.
Yes, and it's designed that way. The rule engine handles obvious spam for free — keyword matching, link detection, duplicate checking, disposable emails, and sender reputation. AI is optional and only steps in for borderline messages that the rules can't confidently classify.
Uncertain messages go to quarantine for your review — they're never silently blocked. When you approve or reject a quarantined message, InboxShield learns from that decision and applies it to future messages from the same sender, domain, or topic. Over time, fewer messages need your review.
